Q: How does your service work?
We visit your property on your scheduled day, scoop and remove all pet waste from your yard or designated area, secure any gates/doors, and leave it clean and safe. You do not need to be home for service as long as we have access to your yard.
Q: Do I need to sign a contract?
Nope! We offer flexible service plans with no long-term contracts. You can pause, change, or cancel anytime at no cost.
Q: What areas do you service?
We currently service Rancho Cucamonga, Claremont, and Upland areas. If you’re unsure, please contact us via phone or email to check availability in your area.
Q: Can my dogs be outside during service?
Yes, as long as they are friendly with strangers. If your dogs are skittish, territorial or nervous, we recommend keeping them indoors during our visits.
Q: Do you handle cat waste too?
Yes! On a case by case, we can clean litter boxes and remove bagged cat waste—please contact us to better understand your needs or let us know when booking.
Q: What do you do with the waste?
All waste is bagged and disposed of following local regulations, keeping your yard and community clean and safe.
Q: What if it rains or the weather is poopy?
We work in most weather conditions. In extreme cases such as severe storms, we may reschedule your service for the next available day.
Q: How do I pay for service?
We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, and Square online payments. Payments are collected at each visit (coming soon auto-billing for recurring customers).
Q: Do you offer one-time cleanups?
Yes! Perfect for special events, moving in or out, or seasonal deep cleans.
Q: How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the yard size, and visit frequency. Check our “Our Services” page or contact us for a custom quote.
